The Lord is more interested in
that we show the good when we speak the good. That we hate what He
hates. (Zechariah 8:17). Fasting and feasting during times of
Zecariah (Zechariah 8:19) demonstraed the joy and love of God and of
abhoring what He abhors and doing good and sharing His love. In that
way Jesus taught and is teaching me so that I may teach others and
engrain in myself to love everyone like myself and love God with all
my heart, soul mind and body. (Matther 22:37) and that way follow His
blest command. Also in doing that I can learn to love my enemies,
(Luke 6:27) because that is how we become like God, by walking and
loving as He does, not as the world does. And that isn't easy.
Otherwise Christ would not have said in Luke 6:32 “For
if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also
love those that love them.” The ultimate in agape love,
unconditional and godly, is the love described by Christ to love our
enemies and give without expecting returen (Luke 6:35. That means not
just donations, because those returns are not expected regularly,
although a lot of us take that off our income tax. No He is referring
to lending money to a friend and then expecting repayment from that
friend, or complimenting a friend and expecting a complement in
return. In fact it is following the blest command that Jesus spoke of
in Luke 10:27, love God with everything we've got, heart, mind, soul,
and body and then love everyone as ourselves. If you do one the other
follows because as John says, you can't love God and not love
everyone else.(1 John 2:9,10)
We as humans are gifted with the fact that we are so short sighted and are seldom not in awe when things happen to us that may be out of the ordinary routine, whether for good or bad. Blind sided though we are we also demonstrate remarkable resiliance. I am part of that resiliance and am here to help, through my writings and through discussions with the reader. So sit back, buckle your seat belts, and enjoy the ride.

Teach me that I might teach (part 2)
And basically God through His word and in our lives tells all of
us that we are big boys and girls and that what we learn we learn
when we are receptive and wise to listen and learn. If we are not
receptive we will not be open to correction. Which means that when we
correct someone, we have to determine whether or not those people are
open to our correction (and therefore wise). If they are not then our
correction is useless and love cannot exist between us and those we
choose to rebuke simply because the one rebuked doesn't get it,
(Proverbs 9:8) On the other hand when we go humbly and speak truth in
love and speak truly then we will be loved by many but especially the
Lord. (Proverbws 16:13; 18:21) And of course the expression of that
love comes when we realize that His blessings come from the love He
has for us and that He wants us to join Him. And that we must teach
one another. (Song of Solomon 1:3,4) Above all, He wants us to teach
and show each other what the good is: as Micah 6:8 spells out for us,
“He
hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require
of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with
thy God?

Teach me that I might teach... (from levites to ministers)
And He warns me
not to give up wisdom or understanding. (Proverbs 4:6) Because that
wisdom will preserve me. And will lesd to Christ and God. And without
wisdom and knowledge we sin against Christ and God and demonstrate
our love for death, ultimately rather than making the choice for
eternal life.(Proverbs 8:36) He also tells me wisdom involves timing.
(Ecc 3:8) And vision. He after all sees the wickedness on earth and
abhors it. (Hosea 9:15) but He also promises unconditional love
always. (Hosea 14:4) And He instructs the body of believers and me in particular to do the same. (Amos 5:15)

There are no Jew, no Greeks.... (people of the church part 2)
In God is love of all
people, within and without the church, all races, all status of
income. In God is no resentment and no ill-will toward others. And
this is hard because the world teaches us to stay to our own and love
those only who love us and hate those who do us wrong. (Matt 5:43-44)
Otherwise, Jesus says in Matthew 5:46, how does that make us
different from anyone in the world. And in God and Jesus we have the
best way to pray so that we are not like those who are verbose and
demonstrative and put on display how they pray so that they will be
rewarded by the public followers. (Matt 6:5)
